The Director of Worldwide Professional Services is responsible for directing the activity of the company’s consulting and education resources on a global basis. Senior Customer Support Engineer

In this leadership position, the Senior Customer Support Engineer will set high standards for service quality, customer advocacy, and technical excellence. As a senior member of the Customer Support staff, this individual will be expected to gain a thorough understanding of Crossbeam products and security solutions to support the customer base, as well help develop and implement support, training, and consulting programs. This position will require travel of approximately 50%.

The Senior Customer Support Engineer will provide direct support for operational networks and security applications, customer trials, and sales demos, as well as deployment of the product in the field, including helping customers and other members of the support staff troubleshoot and analyze problems to ensure customer success. As part of a 24x7 operation, all Customer Support engineers are expected to provide on-call coverage during non-business hours and weekends.

Key responsibilities include:

Representing the customer and the sales organization to ensure serviceability and product quality issues are being tracked, prioritized, resolved, and incorporated into the product release cycle
Contributing to the development of standards for a problem tracking system and a technical support knowledge base

Program Manager
The Program Manager is responsible for representing the Customer Services function and also leading cross-functional program management teams. Duties include coordinating on time delivery of all aspects of multiple and concurrent projects, from initial project approval through completion. This role is also responsible for leading critical non-product-related, cross functional projects. This includes managing relationships with all internal and external functional contributors, as well as planning and coordinating cross-functional project activities with local/remote resources. This role will also from time to time include customer facing projects for very large clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Handle organization and leadership of cross-functional program management teams that will define program plans, track the progress of all the program deliverables and milestones versus original goals, drive issue resolution and risk planning activities, and release products with excellent quality standards
Contribute proactive communication of status to raise issues and propose solutions to problems, including coordination with functional managers to resolve issues as efficiently as possible

iBeam Program Manager
The iBeam Program Manager is responsible for all program logistics and operations support. This role helps ensure continuity of the ISV relationship throughout the process. The iBeam program is a process driven environment that requires a detail-oriented and process-focused program manager. The person in this position is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate internal groups are involved at specific times throughout the ISV-facing process. This role interfaces with engineering, product management, product marketing, business development, and sales. The person in this role reports to the iBeam Manager and is key to developing and maintaining internal and external alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

Schedule and support regular meetings with ISVs undergoing active integration; set agendas, compile meeting minutes, and follow up on outstanding action items
Work with the team to define the certification and internal project schedules

iBeam Partner Engineer
In the high-paced world of software development, Crossbeam relies on the Partner Engineers in the iBeam program to drive technical relationships with strategic software partners. The iBeam Partner Engineers guide their ISVs (independent software vendor) through software development kit (SDK) integration, software testing, and iBeam’s unique partner certification process. Regular activities include resolving technical issues with partners, defining and selecting appropriate tests for each ISV, and leveraging Crossbeam’s automated test environment to complete the certification tests. While the certification process is well documented, there are often surprise issues that arise that require critical thinking, quick troubleshooting, and sharp customer service skills. iBeam is an exciting program that solves a unique industry challenge and requires a novel skill set. This position reports to the iBeam Manager and works with a cross-functional team to complete projects.

Select the specific functional and performance test plans for ISV being certified

Principle Manufacturing Test Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer to become a leader of our test engineering team. The successful candidate will work closely with hardware design engineering, SQA engineering, contract manufacturers and manufacturing team members.

Debug production and field return products to component level, supplying root cause analysis, trending & problem alerts through in-house or supplier provided repair data.

The Senior Diagnostic Engineer is responsible for architecting and implementing diagnostics for new and existing hardware systems. The Software Engineer for Linux Kernel Development is responsible for adapting a kernel to function with Crossbeam security applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both kernel development and Linux packaging/distributions, and must be familiar with kernel build procedures, make file structures and tools. Enterprise Security Administrator
The Information Security Administrator serves as the organization’s security officer and the primary contact for all information security matters. ISV Program Manager
The ISV Program Manager will be responsible for leading cross functional program management teams to coordinate on time and on budget delivery of all aspects of multiple and concurrent ISV OEM and product projects, from initial project approval through transfer to manufacturing, first production, and release.
