Senior Customer Support Engineer
In this leadership position, the Senior Customer Support Engineer will set high standards for service quality, customer advocacy, and technical excellence. Program Manager
The Program Manager is responsible for representing the Customer Services function and also leading cross-functional program management teams. Duties include coordinating on time delivery of all aspects of multiple and concurrent projects, from initial project approval through completion. This role is also responsible for leading critical non-product-related, cross functional projects. This includes managing relationships with all internal and external functional contributors, as well as planning and coordinating cross-functional project activities with local/remote resources. iBeam Program Manager
The iBeam Program Manager is responsible for all program logistics and operations support. This role helps ensure continuity of the ISV relationship throughout the process. The iBeam program is a process driven environment that requires a detail-oriented and process-focused program manager. The iBeam Partner Engineers guide their ISVs (independent software vendor) through software development kit (SDK) integration, software testing, and iBeam’s unique partner certification process. ISV Program Manager
The ISV Program Manager will be responsible for leading cross functional program management teams to coordinate on time and on budget delivery of all aspects of multiple and concurrent ISV OEM and product projects, from initial project approval through transfer to manufacturing, first production, and release.
